Peru is a megadiverse country, not only for its geographical, climatic and cultural variety, but also for its food products, this marine diversity in conjunction with the great variety of products from the land, have resulted in a great variety of Peruvian ceviches .

CEVUCHE WITH FISH

-CEVICHE OF TILAPIA  

 

It is a relatively inexpensive fish if we compare it to the price of a sole or a corvina. In addition, its meat is very soft, delicate and with a quite acceptable flavor.

         
-CEVICHE DE BONITO             

  

Bonito is a fish belonging to the "family" of blue fish, that is why it has a high fat content. In addition to its high protein value, it is estimated to contain 6 grams of fat for every 100 grams of meat.

-FISH CEVICHE


In Peru, ceviches are prepared with all kinds of meats, but fish ceviche is the most popular and also the emblem of our gastronomy.

SEAFOOD CEVICHE 

 -CEVICHE OF BLACK SHELLS    


This type of ceviche is prepared in much of the Peruvian coast, especially in the department of Tumbes. This dish is also very popular in Ecuador, but as is obvious with different preparation.
        

-SHRIMP CEVICHE 


It is not as famous as fish ceviche, in countries like Colombia or Ecuador it is more consumed and popular. In each country where it is prepared, they have their own version of this type of ceviche.

              
-OCTOPUS CEVICHE



To prepare it correctly, the octopus must first be boiled, even hit with a meat hammer to soften it. Boiling it is important because octopus meat is somewhat tough.
 



MIXED CEVICHES

-CEVICHE FORKLIGHTH



The carretillero ceviche owes its name to the fact that it is sold in the trucks that are usually installed in some corner of the city. These trucks are also located in the neighborhood markets and generally in any place where there is assiduous public attendance.


-SEAFOOD CEVICHE



The seafood ceviche is similar to the mixed ceviche, with the difference that it does not include fish and you can add more varieties of them. Seafood is of great nutritional and protein value, so its consumption is highly recommended for athletes, children and adolescents in a developing state.


-MIXED CEVICHE




Mixed ceviche is a type of ceviche that every seafood lover should try and enjoy without hesitation. This ceviche is the one that best shows the great richness and variety of products that our sea offers. It is called mixed, because different types of shellfish and fish are used for the preparation.




                                                                 MY EATING HABITS

BREAKFAST

In the morning I usually have coffee with milk and bread with egg for breakfast, although my favorite is bread with avocado.


LUNCH

In the afternoons I have chicken stew, noodle with tuna and sometimes roast chicken with Russian salad, my favorite lunch is rice with chicken.

  



DINNER

At night I have dinner the rest of lunch or also coffee with bread, what I like to eat the most in the evening is an amburger.
